The Grand Expereince originally known as the Market Hotel, it occupied a position of importance in Lindsay's shopping area in the late 1800's. The Grand served as a stop for many a traveling merchant and his horses, and was well known far and wide for it's hospitality. The Grand Experience restaurant was added in the early 1980's and has been a popular dining spot for families, business people, and tourists throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes.
